My partner and I had a fantastic romantic getaway at this hotel. The complimentary wine and chocolate in our room were a great surprise that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel’s location near fantastic shops and restaurants was very convenient for us. We also loved the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel bar and lounge.
The lack of soundproofing was an issue as we could hear a lot of noise from the street outside, especially early in the morning. Additionally, while the room was clean and comfortable, it was quite small which made it difficult to move around with our luggage.

The breakfast was decent and the hotel is located in a good area, close to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was appreciated.
Unfortunately, our stay was not great. The room was not clean upon arrival and the AC did not work well at all. The worst part was the noise level in the hotel, particularly from other guests. This made it very difficult to sleep at night. Unfortunately, we can't recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Great holiday experience! Loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. We received two complementary drinks at check-in and enjoyed the lovely holiday decorations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options.
The service at the restaurant was slow and we had to ask for our drinks multiple times. The food was average and a bit overpriced. We also had to wait a while for the staff to clean our table. the experience was good, but the restaurant staff could improve.

Fast taxi connection, taxi rank around the corner. Restaurant in the house, until 22.30 dinner.
Average breakfast, no highlight. It was refilled too late.

The quality of the room in which we stayed was excelllent. From the bed linen to the tiwels in the bathroom, it just cannot be faulted. The buffet style breakfast also had an amazing variety, of hot and cold breakfasts.
Alittle bit out of the way, certaintly not in Marble Arch.

I very much enjoyed the swimming pool, although my eyes were burning from the chlorine after my swim. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
There were no bathrobes in the room and for what it was it was very overpriced (about E190 per night!). I'm not sure if it was such a high price because the Royal Wedding was on, but it did seem very high.

Friendly and cooperative staff highly responsive to any request.Walking distance to main shopping streets such as Oxford.other major areas of interest like the hydepark, park lane and Arabic cuisines of Edgware road. Very quite hotel particularly at night when a good sleep is needed. Rooms are elegantly decorated ,comfortly furnished, and heated where it was cold. Highly recommended.
The building facing the hotel should really be relocated and I , as a very frequent visitor to London , do not understand what the scaffolding at the front of the hotel are being so long used for. Have a feeling some facilities are coming up that side of the hotel but was busy to ask.
